Your Satisfaction is
Our Wish.

Here at Murasekabanko, we put our heart and soul into the making of our luggage. Your Satisfaction is Our Greatest Mission. The main business of the eddy® kids' label is to manufacture a wide range of Randoseru and bags for special orders from schools and corporations. Particular priority has been placed on the tradition of Japanese Randoseru and we intend to continue to manufacture Randoseru that are sturdy and functional.

Murasekabanko logo

Based on the saying "names and natures often coexist," much thought has been given to Murasekabanko's company logo. In 1966, the company officially took the name of Murasekabanko. In the same year, the master of modern poetry and winner of the Minister of Education, Science and Culture Award at the Japan Fine Arts Exhibition, Ohtei Kaneko, (also receiver of the Order of Culture in November 1990 who died in November 2001) was asked to pen the current logo. We will continue to uphold the logo created by Japan's greatest calligrapher and work to contribute to society based on the virtue of our reputation and company name. Also, the name of the eddy® label comes from the first phonetic katakana letter of Murasekabanko , which conjures up the image of "working like waves that will spread" and "contributing to society, absorbing all that is drawn in."

Message from the President

Through the ages, the innocent smiles of children have lit up the world with joy and put a smile on everyone`s faces. Our Randoseru has continued to make children smile for a long time.

After its creation in 1887, around 130 years ago, the Randoseru has been the tradition passed down from parent to child and is still practiced this day; it has even become embedded into Japanese culture.

Murase Kabanko has been involved in producing Randoseru for around 60 years since the establishment of its business. Everyday we continue to ask ourselves “how can we make build strong and lightly Randoseru for children?”.

The smiles and joy that our Randoseru has given children has encouraged us and has actually became one of the main driving forces in our manufacturing.

Our mission is to spread that smile to the world.

However, smiles are not only for children, but for adults as well. We all want to share those smiles. We also would like to apply the same technique cultivated from the Randoseru to other bags and handbags. Through various types of bags we aim to give a smile to people all over the world.
